CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ERNAKULAM Order Sheet Item no.: 22 M.A./375/2026 (ERNAKULAM) [ IMPLEMENTATION ] [ SENIOR CITIZEN ] In O.A./410/2023 Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: 8 Order Dated: 30/10/2026 SMT SARADA KG Vs DEFENCE For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. P.K. Madhusoodanan For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mrs. Sheela Devi I, SPC, Mr. A.S.P. Kurup Notes of The Registry Order of The Tribunal When the matter was taken up, learned SPC placed before us a communication of the PCDA dated 28.10.2026 addressed to the Chief Manager, Union Bank of India, authorising them to pay the emoluments mentioned therein. Though the order of the Tribunal was to file a statement, the same has not been fully complied with. Having taken note of the fact that the order has been issued though belatedly, we are inclined to take a lenient view. Learned Counsel for the applicant has a grievance that the cost has not been paid even now. However, it is submitted by the learned SPC that the amount has been remitted to the account of the applicant today. The applicant may verify whether the order has been fully complied with and revert. List on 07.12.2026 for hearing on compliance.
