MA/576/2026 (for grant of engage another legal practitioner) The respondents were directed to serve a copy of the MA on the learned Counsel, who was appearing for the original applicant earlier. Two opportunities were granted to comply with the order. Since it was not complied with, by order dated 05.10.2026, this Tribunal passed the following order.:- "In spite of two opportunities granted to the petitioner to serve copy of MA/576/2026 on the Counsel, who was appearing for the original applicant in the initial round, the copy has not been served even now. We are inclined to grant a week's time as last chance, failing which, MA/576/2026 will stand rejected for non- compliance." Even today, the copy has not been served on the learned Counsel, who was appearing earlier. The order passed by us is a self working order. In the light of the above, the MA stands rejected.
