ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 clearly states that the encroachment in question has been removed.
3. The learned counsel for the private respondents draws our attention to the order dated 31.07.2017 made in W.P.(MD)No.9308 of 2014. Paragraph No.4 of the said order reads that the authorities cannot demolish the peetam alone. In other words, except peetam, all other encroachment can be removed.

4. Even while placing on record the submission of the respondents, we direct the private respondents to install the peetam alone. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
