PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 5th respondent made in his proceedings in Ka.No.164/2026/A2 dated 30.06.2026 and quash the same as illegal and non-application of mind and consequently direct the respondents not to take any coercive action against the removal of name board of Sri Esakki Amman Thirukovil along with the CCTV Camera installed as per the direction of the 4th respondent for the public safety of the local people based on the petitioners representation dated 25.06.2026 within a period stipulated time by this Court.
