ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.)

2. The petitioner has a revisional remedy before the Government. The petitioner states that within two weeks, the petitioner will file such an revision before the Government. If such revision is filed, the impugned order shall not be enforced till the revision is disposed of. The petitioner's counsel states that he was not put on notice. This point need not be pressed because the authority can give due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner during the revisional enquiry. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (G.R.S.,J.) (M.D.S.,J.) 16-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No rmi To
