2. What is under challenge is a mere notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905. It is not amenable to challenge. The petitioner is at liberty to offer her explanation. The Revenue Inspector shall conduct summary enquiry and pass the final order. If the final order is passed under Section 6 and is adverse to the petitioner, it shall not be enforced immediately. The petitioner shall be given a breathing time of 30 days to explore her other remedies. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.
