(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The order assailed before us is revisable.
3. We grant two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to file such revision under Section 10(A) of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905. Since the original order served on the petitioner has been filed before us, the petitioner can maintain the revision petition with a photocopy. If the revision petition is filed within the time limit stipulated above, it shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with the law. Till the revisional authority disposes of the petitioner’s application, the eviction order shall not be enforced.
