PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment in Survey No.374/02 in Dombuchery Village in Bodinayakannur Taluk in Theni District in terms of the order dated 17.03.2026 in PLA/B/No.68/2025 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment in Survey No. 374/02, situated in Dombuchery Village, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District, in accordance with the order dated 17.03.2026 passed in PLA/B/No. 68/2025.

WP(MD) No. 20650 of 2026 instructions, submits that the land in question is unoccupied natham land and that certain parties have submitted representations seeking the issuance of patta, which are pending consideration.
3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the authorities concerned to consider the representations submitted by the parties seeking the issuance of patta and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
