ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The eviction order passed against the private respondent was challenged before the District Collector, Sivagangai. The appeal was dismissed on 13.03.2026. This writ petition has been filed seeking enforcement of the said order.
3. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the fifth respondent

that the fifth respondent had already filed revision before the Government. , Therefore, the question of enforcing the order of the appellate authority in the meanwhile may not arise. The petitioner will have to wait till the disposal of the revision. The said revision petition shall be disposed of by the Government on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
