ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The writ petitioner suffered an eviction order under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. The petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent. The petitioner states that within two weeks, the appeal papers will be represented. Till the disposal of the appeal by the first respondent, the impugned eviction order shall not be enforced. If the petitioner fails to represent the appeal papers in order, the benefit of this order shall not be available. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
