through Survey Nos. 442/1B, 444, 415/1, 415/2, and 416 of Panaiyadipatti Village, Vembakottai Taluk, with necessary police protection within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Among the five survey numbers pointed out by the petitioner, only survey No.442/1B is said to have been classified as cart track. The

Tahsildar, Vembakottai has issued notice under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 on 21.07.2026. We do not know whether it has been put to challenge by way of an appeal. If no appeal has been filed, this eviction order shall be enforced. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. (G.R.S.,J.)
