ORDER
W.M.P.(MD)No.22921 of 2026, filed seeking permission of this Court to file a single writ petition, is ordered accordingly.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for Respondents 1 and 2.
3. Considering the limited relief that has been sought for in the Writ Petition, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.
4. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose the appeal dated 03.09.2026 filed by the petitioners, in respect of the properties comprised in Survey Nos.69/11C, 69/12A and 53/9, measuring a total extent of 18 cents, at Muthambalpuram Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District. __________

Considering the fact that the petitioners preferred an appeal on 03.09.2026, which is pending consideration before the 1st respondent, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners appeal dated 03.09.2026 and dispose of the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, respondents 3 and 4 and interested persons, if any.
