ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The petitioner challenges the e-auction sale notice issued by the second respondent bank. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional DRT. The writ petition is not maintainable. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
