ORDER
By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for Mandamus to direct the third respondent to complete the survey and fix the boundary of the petitioner's land in Town Survey Nos.2796/1 and 2796/2 at Block No.105, Ward No.10, Chokkikulam, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner's online application dated 24.08.2026.
3. It is reported by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that a survey was conducted on 08.10.2026. However, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the boundary stones have not been laid.
4. In such view of the matter, the Land Surveyor is directed to lay
WP(MD) No. 30089 of 2026 the boundary stones, if the same had not been laid earlier.
