PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS forbearing the respondents from interfering with and disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioners property situated at Ambur Main Road, South Agasthiyapuram, Vikramasingapuram, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, comprised in Survey No.284, and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct a proper survey and to consider the petitioners explanations dated 15.08.2023 and 13.10.2026, in accordance with the orders of this Honble Court in W.P. (MD) No.2118 of 2023 and W.P.(MD) No.15888 of
2023.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) This writ petition is clearly hit by the principle of res judicata. The petitioner along with others had earlier filed __________

WP(MD) No. 30125 of 2026 W.P.(MD)No.21799 of 2023. The writ petition was dismissed on 21.09.2026. Paragraph Nos.6 & 7 of the said order read as follows:- “6. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, considering the request made on behalf of the petitioners, this Court grants one month's time to the petitioners to vacate the subject premises and hand over vacant possession to the respondents.
7. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to vacate the subject premises within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioners fail to vacate the premises within the said period, the respondents are at liberty to proceed with the eviction in the manner known to law.”
