CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ERNAKULAM Order Sheet Item no.: 22 O.A./564/2025 (ERNAKULAM) [ T.A. ] [ SENIOR CITIZEN ] Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: 7 Order Dated: 29/10/2026 K V ANTONY Vs M/O DEFENCE For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. Johnson Gomez For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. Brijesh A.S., ACGSC Notes of The Registry Order of The Tribunal

The learned ACGSC placed before us a cheque slip dated 28.07.2026 evidencing the remittance of sum of Rs. 1,83,264/- to the account of the applicant being training allowance. The first prayer sought in the Original Application is for the grant of training allowance. It is not clear whether the amount remitted will cover the entire training allowance due to the applicant. If that completely covered, then only issue remains regarding the disposal of Annexure A6 representation. Accordingly, we are inclined to post the matter on 30.11.2026 to enable the respondents to file reply statement as last chance.
