The applicant has approached this Tribunal challenging Annexure A1 order by which she was ordered to be transferred. The interim order of stay was granted, which is continuing even today. In the meanwhile, our attention has been drawn to a communication No. CGWB/Estt./KR/P-134/2001-970 which refers to voluntary retirement request submitted by the applicant with effect from 01.02.2027. We are inclined to direct the competent authority among the respondents to consider the request submitted by the applicant referred to above for voluntary retirement on merits as expeditioulsy as possible, untrammelled by the pendency of this Original Application.
