ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Writ of mandamus has been instituted directing the respondents to remove all temporary and permanent encroachments in Survey Number 11, 59 and 62 in the Village of Torapadi in the Vellore Taluk of the North Arcot District and at all places.

2. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that revenue authorities conducted survey and identified encroachments. In pursuance to the said survey, enforcement actions are initiated for removal of encroachments.
3. In view of the said submission, the official respondents are directed to proceed with the enforcement action by following the procedures as contemplated under the relevant statutes and rules in force. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
