Learned counsel for the applicant has filed M.A. 1421/2026 for withdrawal of this Original Application as the respondent-department has assured the applicant that the balance arrears/dues payable to him shall be released after withdrawal of this O.A. Therefore the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this O.A. with liberty to file a fresh in case any occasion arises.
