O R D E R
By Mallika Arya, AM: Through this Original Application, the applicant is challenging the order dated 25.11.2025 (Annexure A/1) wherein the applicant has been placed under “Put off duty”.
2. The counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed appeal dated 20.01.2026 (Annexure A/3) wherein he has prayed for his re- joining and removal of “Put off duty”. He submits that the applicant will be satisfied if the respondents be directed to decide the appeal of the applicant (Annexure A/3) in a time bound manner.
3. The counsel for the respondents has no objection if this Original Application is disposed of in above terms.
4. Accordingly, this Original Application is disposed at the admission stage with direction to the respondents to decide the appeal filed by the applicant dated 20.01.2026 (Annexure A/3) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
5. The applicant is directed to provide a copy of the order of this Tribunal along with the copy of Original Application to the competent authority.
