O R D E R
By Mallika Arya, AM: This Original Application has been filed by the applicants seeking direction to the respondents to convene the Review DPC for considering the name of the applicants for promotion to Chargeman (NT/STR)/Chargeman (NT/OTS) against the vacancies for the year 2018, 2023 & 2024 and grant promotion with all consequential benefits.
2. The counsel for the applicants has submitted that the joint representation of the applicants dated 12.05.2026 (Annexure A/7) has not

been decided till date. The applicants will be satisfied if the respondents are directed to decide their joint representation (Annexure A/7), in a time bound manner.
3. The counsel for the respondents has no objection if this Original Application is disposed in above terms.
4. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, this Original Application is disposed at the admission stage with direction to the respondents to decide the joint representation of the applicants dated 12.05.2026 (Annexure A/7), by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
5. The applicants are directed to provide a copy of the order of this Tribunal along with the copy of Original Application to the respondents.
6. All pending M.A.(s), if any, stands disposed.
