O R D E R
By Mallika Arya, AM: Through this Original Application, the applicant is seeking quashment of the impugned recovery order dated 29.04.2026 (Annexure A/1) and the respondents be directed to return the amount recovered from the gratuity of the applicant.
2. The counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has filed representation dated 31.08.2026 (Annexure A/3) which has not been decided till date. The applicant will be satisfied if the respondents be directed to decide his representation (Annexure A/3), in a time bound manner.
3. The counsel for the respondents has no objection if this Original Application is disposed in above terms.
4. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, this Original Application is disposed at the admission stage with direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the applicant dated 31.08.2026 (Annexure A/3), by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
