O R D E R
By Mallika Arya, AM: The matter pertains to grant of family pension.
2. The counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has filed representation dated 07.02.2026 (Annexure A/8) for grant of family pension which has not been decided till date. The applicant will be satisfied if the respondents are directed to decide his representation (Annexure A/8), in a time bound manner.
3. The counsel for the respondents has no objection if this Original Application is disposed in above terms.
4. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, this Original Application is disposed at the admission stage with direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the applicant dated 07.02.2026 (Annexure A/8), by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
5. The applicant is directed to provide a copy of the order of this Tribunal along with the copy of Original Application to the respondents.
