ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The writ petitioner alleges that there are encroachments in survey No.138/4 of Manuthu Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District. It is not in dispute that the survey No.138/4 has been classified as water body.

3. We direct the third respondent to take action under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and cause their removal. The original condition shall be restored. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands allowed accordingly. No costs. (G.R.S.,J.)
