ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The authority has proceeded on the footing as if we had issued a peremptory order for directing demolition of the petition mentioned bridge. In fact, our earlier order dated 01.04.2025 made in WP(MD)No.31481 of 2024 does not read so. In this view of the matter, the order impugned in the writ petition is quashed. The authorities are directed to abide by the terms of the earlier order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
