Tahsildar, Boothalur to conduct survey.

4. We direct the third respondent to act on the request received from the second respondent. If the survey results indicate that a channel flows through the petition mentioned survey numbers, it is the duty of the second respondent herein to remove the encroachments found therein. The second respondent must ensure free flow of water through the said channel. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before the third respondent conducting survey and before the second respondent taking any consequential action, the fourth respondent and the other interested persons shall be put on notice. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. (G.R.S.,J.) (B.P.,J.) 15-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No PMU
