WP(MD) No. 20010 of 2025 income. Therefore, a criminal case in Cr.No.5 of 2021 has been registered by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department, Kanyakumari. In view of the criminal case registered against the petitioner, a charge memo dated 29.05.2025 has been issued against him. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
