ORDER

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Mr. G. Mohan Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are to be passed, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner, who is working as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Educational Officer, Virudhunagar, has been transferred and posted as Headmistress at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kariapatti. Aggrieved by the said order of transfer, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred pursuant to a complaint made by the third respondent and also to accommodate the fourth respondent. __________

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the transfer has not been effected pursuant to any complaint, but purely on administrative grounds. He has also denied the allegation that the petitioner has been transferred to accommodate the fourth respondent.

6. The petitioner has not substantiated her claim that the transfer was effected pursuant to a complaint, and the respondents 1 to 3 have clarified that the transfer was made purely on administrative grounds. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of transfer. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
