Order
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: “To direct respondents 2 and 3 to disburse the outstanding sum of Rs.29,83,802/- (Rupees Twenty Nine Lakhs Eighty Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Two only) due towards the Operation and Maintenance of Street Lights for the period 2016- 2017, along with the prevailing rate of interest per annum from the date of contract until the date of realization based on petitioner representation dated 03.07.2026.”
2. Though a larger prayer has been sought in this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation dated 03.07.2026 is considered and orders passed.

Therefore, without going into the merits of this case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 03.07.2026 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
