ORDER
The petitioner, working as a Salesman, has been placed under suspension by order dated 02.04.2025. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. This Court, while entertaining this writ petition, has granted an order of interim stay, by order dated 29.04.2025.
3. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported that pending the writ petition, enquiry was conducted against the petitioner and an order of punishment has been passed. Since the enquiry proceedings have culminated in the imposition of punishment, there is no need to continue the order of suspension.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel on either side and the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in 02.12.2025, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
