ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 12.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 24956 of 2025.
2. Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court vide order dated 11.09.2026, Mr.Mohan Kumar, who is presently holding the post of General Manager of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Tirunelveli, is present, and his appearance is recorded.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on both sides that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 24956 of 2025, dated 12.09.2025, has been complied with.
