2. During pendency of the application, learned counsel for the applicant submit, that the respondents published the panel and selected candidates have joined. She submitted that she will file amendment petition and implead those persons who have been selected. She submits that the order of promotion shall be subject to outcome of this OA.
3. The application was considered for interim stay on 07.10.2026.
4. Ld. counsel for the respondents had requested for time to file reply with the assurance that the mater can be disposed of on next date. In the meantime, the respondents published a panel and the selected candidates have joined the post.
5. In view of the abvoe, the promotion made shall be subject to outcome of this application.
