For Respondent(s) Advocate : Ms. Vaishali Choudhari in both the OAs Order of The Tribunal OA No.891/2025: It is seen from the order sheet dated 06.10.2026 that last opportunity was granted to the respondents to file reply. However, no reply has been filed. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is a covered matter and, therefore, the OA can be decided on the basis of pleadings of the applicant. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for the respondents that she has sent reply to the department which is forwarded to Headquarters in Delhi, as a matter of indulgence, two weeks time is granted for filing reply. OA No.83/2026: Proxy counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was granted one week's time vide order dated 01.09.2026 to make the necessary correction in the cause title. However, the applicant did not do due to some peronsal difficulty. Therefore, she seeks two weeks more time to make the correction in the cause title.
