CONT P(MD) No. 2564 of 2026 Transport Corporation (TVL) Ltd., Tirunelveli Region, appears before this Court in place of Mr.Sivakumar, who was the General Manager at the relevant time.
2. In such view of the matter, the absence of the first contemnor is condoned and the presence of Mr.Mohan Kumar, General Manager is recorded.
3. It is reported that the order of which violation is complained of had been complied with.
4. Recording the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
