ORDER
Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court, Mr.Mohan Kumar, the present General Manager of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TVL) Ltd., Tirunelveli Region, appears before this Court in place of the second contemnor viz., Mr.V.Sivakumar, who was the General Manager at the relevant time.
2. In such view of the matter, the absence of the second contemnor is condoned and the presence of Mr.Mohan Kumar, General Manager is recorded.
3. Insofar as the notice issued on the first contemnor is concerned, he has filed Sub Application(MD) No.437 of 2026 to dispense with his personal appearance.
4. It is reported that the order of which violation is complained of had been complied with.
5. Recording the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
