ORDER
Pursuant to the statutory notice issued, the second contemnor viz., Mr.T.Mohankumar, General Manager, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TVL) Ltd., Tirunelveli Region is present before this Court. However, the first contemnor has filed Sub Application (MD) No.457 of 2026 to dispense with his personal appearance.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the contemnors would submit that the order of this Court dated 23.09.2025 of which violation is complained, had been complied with.
3. In such view of the matter, recording the said statement, this Contempt Petition is closed. The personal appearance of the contemnors is dispensed with.
