We find that the issue is covered by the order of the Tribunal passed in O.A.No.335 of 2023 at Ernakulam Bench CFA drew our attention to paragraph Nos.9, 10 and 11. CFR seeks some more time to get instructions on whether substituted services which was subsequently granted temporary status regularised will be treated as continuous service for the purpose of pension.
