ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The impugned notice issued under Section 128 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998 is quashed on the sole ground that it was not preceded by any show cause notice. The matter is remitted to the file of the first respondent to proceed afresh as per law.
