ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner wants us to direct the authorities to demolish the unauthorized construction put up by the third respondent.
3. The third respondent has filed counter affidavit. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the local body has also made available the necessary approval letters issued by them.

4. We are more than satisfied that the construction put up by the third respondent is an approved one. The petitioner has not stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition as to how his rights have been infringed. We are not in a position to interfere.
