PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to issue patta measuring 483 sq.ft., in Natham S.No.724/8, Door No.-14/8/28, Telungu Chettiar Street, Solavandan, Ward No. 13, Madurai District, in the petitioner's name by disposing petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2026, within a time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
2. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue patta measuring 483 sq.ft., in Natham S.No.724/8, Door No.-14/8/28, Telungu Chettiar Street, Solavandan, Ward No. 13, Madurai District, in the petitioner's name by disposing the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2026.
4. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking the grant of patta on the basis of his representation dated 08.09.2026. An application for the grant of patta is required to be submitted by online through the web portal of the Revenue Department in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to submit an online application to the jurisdictional Tahsildar through the web portal of the Revenue Department. Upon receipt of such application, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the same on its merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
