PRAYER:
Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS, directing the Respondents herein to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 04.10.2025 and to direct the Respondents to remove the wrongly included names of A. A. J. Ashokar, S/o Alexander and Alwin Raja, S/o Ramalingam, from Patta No.4368 bearing Survey No. 1218

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for Respondents 1 and 2.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.
3. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 04.10.2025 and to direct the Respondents to remove the wrongly included names of A. A. J. Ashokar, S/o Alexander and Alwin Raja, S/o Ramalingam, from Patta No.4368 bearing Survey No. 1218 Situated at Mudivaithanendal Panchayat, Thoothukudi District.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation had been made as early as on 04.10.2025, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4 and interested persons, if any, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
