PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners appeal dated 24.08.2026 in respect of Patta No.7/98, Survey No.85/14 of Thenneripatti Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
2. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 24.08.2026 in respect of Patta No.7/98, Survey No.85/14 of Thenneripatti Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner's appeal dated 24.08.2026 is still pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said appeal on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, if any, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
