2. According to the petitioner, the private respondent herein had committed encroachment on a natham pathway. The stand of the private respondent is otherwise.
3. We do not want to go into the merits of the matter. We direct the second respondent to enquire into the writ petitioner's representation. Before passing final order, the tenth respondent shall also be put on notice. If according to the second respondent, there is encroachment, then action shall be taken under relevant provisions of the statute for removing the same.
