PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments made by the 5th and 6th respondents and other private persons in public road in Survey Nos.
1044 and 1045, Ayyampalayam Village, Dindigul District by considering the petitioners representation dated 24.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within the period that may stipulated by this Court.

2. The only prayer made by the petitioner is that the encroachments in the petition mentioned public road will have to be removed. __________

3. No exception can be taken to the said demand. We direct the respondents 3 and 4 to conduct survey. If the respondents 3 and 4 are satisfied that there are encroachments, the same shall be removed by adhering to due process of law. In other words, the entire public road should be kept free of encroachment. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
