2. The order impugned in the writ petition is appealable. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, he will file an appeal before the appellate authority. If such an appeal is filed within the time limit mentioned above, the order impugned in the writ petition will not be enforced until the disposal of the appeal. Failure to file such an appeal within the time mentioned above will mean that the benefit of this order will not be available to the petitioner. This writ petition stands disposed of,
