ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. This writ petition is disposed of with a clarification that the Block Development Officer, Vasudevanallur cannot coercively enforce his demand. It is only the jurisdictional Tahsildar who has to take action under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act.
