PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action for removal of encroachment and un-authorized constructions made in Ward AD, Block 4, Survey Number 105/1 based on the petitioners representation dated 27.08.2025 and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The petitioner seeks demolition of the petition mentioned unauthorized construction.
2. It is seen from the photographs enclosed in the typed set of papers that next to a transformer on a drainage canal, a political party has put up a construction styling as a study centre. The learned standing counsel for Tiruchirappalli Corporation fairly states that no approval has been obtained for constructing the study centre. Any unauthorized construction has to be necessarily dismantled. We direct the first respondent to forthwith demolish the said building.
