ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The writ petitioner is a resident of R.Metupatti Village. He alleges that there are encroachments in S.No.258/16. His accusing finger is pointed towards the fourth respondent/Madasamy.
3. It is not in dispute that S.No.258/16 has been classified as Pathai paramboke. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader that eviction order under Section 6 of the Act has already been issued on 13.11.2025. It is duty of the second respondent to enforce his eviction order immediately and without any delay.
