No.305/2021 dated 30.11.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further directing the respondents to remove the fence put around the land in S. No.161/1A2
measuring 18.6 cents and 161/1A1B measuring 8.8 cents forming part known as Sivathanya Layout situated at Paravai Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.
