CONT P(MD) No. 400 of 2026 opened his business. Initially, it was on a minor scale. Now, he had expanded his business leading to virtual closure of the petitioner’s business. The photographs produced before us amply bear this out.
2. We, therefore, direct the respondent Corporation to ensure that the status quo that obtained in August 2026 is restored. In other words, the street vendor, till other arrangements are made by the Corporation, can carry on the business in the manner shown in the first photograph.
